dry house offer

Dears,

If you, your family, friends or anyone you know is looking for a dry place to stay in Bangkok, i am about to start renting a shop-house on soi Trok Saphan Yao, near the memorial bridge,
here on the map

Yes it is located just by the river but so far the street is not flooded, and at least 3 entire floors will remain dry (then the problem would be access)
