Is it going to be okay if I put the light pole to handle the structure of the roof? or it is not vernacular?
It is not okay first of all because it looks quite bad... Follow the sketches made in your sketchbook and find the appropriate way to connect the frames so that they can hold their own weight... Alternatively, you can support the semi-arch structure of the right, periodically, on the left one.
It means that you could close the structure, punctually. Not on the entire length of the bridge, but in several points, every 3 or 4 meters maybe, the same way as you would have had those poles (which by the way have no reason to be there! you have to invent lighting here as much as anything else..)

wat do u mean by supporting the semi-arch structure of the right , periodically, on the left?...
does it me repeating the semi-arch structure to cover from the right to left?
